This is my second car from byrider and it's basically falling apart again as the first one did but this one is older and doing the same exact things on top of a substantial loan that makes no sense to me to make this car $13,000 when it's only worth 3,500.

"$13,000 when it's only worth 3,500." So, the lesson here is to have a high school freshman's understanding of basic finance, math, and of course, READ & UNDERSTAND the terms of a contract BEFORE your desperation causes you to sign another stupid contract.

Love how you created an invoice. Try doing that for real on a job and learn how to pay your bills.

Secondly, you are an idiot to have posted your personal info on a site that has NOTHING to do with this company. You may want to flag your post honey and hide your info that allows people to see what you're really about.

Not accurately reporting

Purchased our vehicle 11/2021 and when we purchased another vehicle 11/2022 the car company we went and checked credit just to unfortunately inform us that JD BYRIDER and CNAC have not been reporting our payments to the credit companies! When called the customer service representative stated theyll investigate and contact me back in a week, contact me in a WEEK! This is not how things should be ran, what we thought would help our credit is now doing nothing do to their poor precessional adequate.

User's recommendation: Watch your credit reporting.

Cnac department has customer service issues A employee by the name of Vickie was very rude and giving me *** with her attitude instead of answering my questions we got in a argument .
